A major renovation and addition to this ca. 1962 Royal Barry Wills design yielded an updated house for a young, growing family. The result is a new kitchen, dining and living area suitable for a contemporary lifestyle with open views to a luscious landscape and pond in the backyard. The new second floor Master Suite includes a large bathroom with soaking tub overlooking the pond. Other smaller renovations were scattered throughout the house to improve livability and style. The major design challenge was to produce harmonious renovations and additions for this very traditional house.
